Meet Krista
Like most women, I've spent a lot of my life moving through life disconnected from my body, my rhythm, and my deeper knowing. Trying to heal inside systems that were never designed for cyclical, intuitive, feminine ways of being.
What I have come to remember is this:
Women don’t need to be fixed.
They need to come home to themselves.
My work now lives at the intersection of remembrance, embodiment, and community.
I mentor women through identity shifts, burnout, creative reawakening, and the quiet grief of having lived out of alignment for too long.
I guide women back to their roots.
Back to their inner authority, natural rhythms, and instinctual wisdom.
Not through forcing change.
Through listening to the body.
Through restoring safety.
Through honoring cycles rather than fighting them.
I don’t believe in hustled healing or optimized spirituality.
I believe in deep integration, nervous-system awareness, and spaces where women are met with reverence rather than pressure.
Before stepping fully into this work, my professional life was grounded in facilitation, leadership development, coaching, and adult learning. I spent years designing and guiding growth experiences within organizations supporting individuals and groups through transformation, communication, and meaningful change.
What never changed, even then, was the thread of my work:
gathering people, teaching, holding space, and guiding growth.
Community has always been the heartbeat of what I do.
I create mentorship containers, group spaces, and learning communities where women feel safe enough to soften, remember, and reclaim the parts of themselves that were quieted by survival, performance, and disconnection.
My role is not to lead from above, it is to tend the field.
To notice what’s unspoken.
To hold steady through discomfort and awakening.
To balance structure with spaciousness.
To support integration, not overwhelm.
Much of my work weaves story, embodiment, intuitive guidance, and relational presence. Because transformation doesn’t happen through information alone. It happens through experience, safety, and resonance.
The themes of instinct, rhythm, myth, reclamation, and feminine wisdom aren’t concepts I teach. It's what I live.
At the heart of everything I offer is a simple truth:
You are not broken.
You are remembering.
And when women remember themselves — their bodies, boundaries, rhythms, and inner authority — everything begins to reorganize naturally.
If you’re here, chances are something in you is ready to return home.
I’m honoured to walk that remembering with you.
